“We actually finished third on the track, but Darryl Grimson got penalised a position for a driving infringement, moving us up to second” said Neil Wallace from the teams Port Macquarie base.

“It was great to get back on the podium though and we were really happy with how the car performed throughout the entire meeting. The track was fantastic, and extremely hooky. We spent most of the evening endeavouring to match the car setup to the conditions. Full credit goes to the track preparation crew for providing such a fine racing surface”.

Neil Wallace started the Main from an inverted position 4 after he had top qualified through the Heats with a 2nd, 4th, and 1st.

“The Dirt Late Model division turned on some really spectacular racing for the Nowra fans at our last start and we will be aiming to provide a repeat dose this Saturday night” concluded Wallace.
